Chad found our dream home !

I found Chads attention to detail very impressive along with his knowledge of the vendors property . He knew all aspects of the property and any questions we asked him in relation to the house were answered perfectly Not being from the area ourselves I found his knowledge of the local area very good and extremely helpful as well Chad made sure the handover went well and there were no issue that I found frustrating or problematic throughout the sales and buying process . I would list with him should be decide to sell . He balanced the relationship with us and the vendor very well Chads timing and follow up was also very good , he's keen but not pushy , it was refreashing
