Sale of a loved family home

One of the hardest decision we are faced with is having to sell a family home, so a loved one can move into Aged Care Accomodation. This was a very scary time and it was made a TRUE pleasure with the support and dedication of Stephanie. She was always available and was very caring towards the nerves and anxiety of family members. As were the team of workers behind the scenes at Harcourt's, Mitchell Park. I feel if we had not met Stephanie, and she had not come to our home when we were searching for someone to sell our house we would still be out there, trying to understand the process and what needed to be done, getting caught in each and every trap, that others try to encourage you to become there client. Stephanie was also able to offer assistance with others who could assist, with things like cleaning and staging to make the home in the best possible position for sale. Honestly I have already recommended Stephanie to friends and I have put her card up at the community village where my father now resides, knowing that we found the right person at the right time to help our family take the next step, with as much dignity and care that was required.
