Happy to recommend Tain

We went with Tain over other agents we spoke to as we were impressed by his understanding of the market and how to target buyers for our bush property, and the fact he went the extra mile to get to know the property. His recommended advertising campaign showed off the property at its best and was good value for money. He took our calls at all hours and spent a lot of time at the property with potential buyers. It wasn't a straightforward property to sell but we got a good price in a time frame we were happy with.
