Excellent!! What more could I say!

On meeting Johnny Lin for the first time I was overwhelmed with his energetic enthusiasm and positive outlook on everything. He was exhausting to talk to, but I hung onto every word he was saying. He was confident and straight to the point. Obviously, due to my years of experience of dealing with real estate agents in all ways – renting, buying and selling, I had developed an absolute 'non-trust, lack of faith and even hatred' of real estate agents. Due to my past experiences, I was naturally very apprehensive and cautious about what Johnny was telling me, but after hearing what he had to say and realisation that what he said made sense, I let down my guard and felt comfortable about changing my attitude towards agents, or at least Johnny, of which was a major achievement. I allowed Johnny and Katie (Spinks) into my home and my life to take over the huge task of selling my home for the best price of the day in a short amount of time (due to needing the funds for building my next house). Well, they did it!! The house was cleaned out of the excess stuff, as Johnny suggested I do, the windows were cleaned and other top-up cleaning was done, and the twilight photos were taken and looked absolutely fantastic. The listing with photos were posted on the website on Wednesday night, an open-house was booked that Saturday, and a Contract with a pretty good price (bottom of my range but still a good result) was in hand by Saturday afternoon! 3 days!! OMG!!! What more could I ask, especially with the rumblings of the 'housing boom' going bust. Well done and thank you so much to Johnny and Katie. As I have said several times before, you have changed my view on real estate agents, or at least the Harcourt – Johnny Lin agency at least!! I will be contacting Johnny Lin first up on my next sale!
