We decided to sell our property and Sam was recommended to us. It settles this week. I’m a hard marker usually and have had many dealings in real estate. Sam’s professionalism, communication and the sale outcome exceeded expectations. When I read reviews I am usually skeptical as to their legitimacy. Hand on heart my comments are genuine. Could not fault the service Sam provided. I jokingly gave him a short deadline to sell. He did so at the price we set. The process to settlement was longer (outside Sam’s control), however his communication kept us up to date and confident that things were on track. Bottom line - highly recommend
