Actions speak louder than words!

We had our property listed with a well known Beenleigh only real estate business for over a YEAR. During that time their communication was terrible, we constantly had to chase them for any information on the sale and we never had a single offer. We also suspect that no effort was made on their behalf as they were also the property manager for the property and it was leased during this time. Our biggest mistake was not changing to Dave sooner, within ONE week he had a great offer on the property!! Dave was relentless in putting in the extra hours and effort for us and went above and beyond to meet and then exceed our expectations. The communication line was always open and he constantly kept us aware of enquiries and inspections and the actions he was taking from these. He also organised and attended a open house gaining significant traction that resulted in our offer on the first weekend of it being listed. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to sell to contact Dave, you wont be disappointed!
