Lawrence made selling our property by auction seamless. He was clear and honest with us every step of the way and I trusted him absolutely. He worked hard. When we had questions he answered them promptly. When we needed it, he gave us space to figure things out. The auctioneer that Lawrence works with is also an absolute gem and they make a fabulous team in prep and on the day! He certainly knew acreage properties and was readily conversant on a number of aspects, displaying his market knowledge. He was highly professional and was also able to have a sense of humour and enjoy some laughter with us all, which is refreshing and very helpful in what could have been a stressful time. Several friends have had Lawrence help them sell and all highly recommended him too. Honestly, I don’t think you can find someone better to help you sell your property than Lawrence.
