Happy Days, we have a sale thanks to Matt Briggs !!

Out of the blue, we found a lovely home that really suited our taste. Problem number one was to find an agent that is familiar with Peregian Springs, and has the knowledge, personality and ability to list our property on market and finding a buyer in short time. The perfect man for the job was Matt Briggs. As we have known Matt for some time he jumped at the chance to help us move on. He gave us his appraisal on our property, to our liking, and then proceeded to outline his method of marketing. He was ever so helpful, taking control and spending so much of his time giving those who came through the door a full experience. As most people would know, selling or buying property is a difficult time. Matt was able to be so kind to us and to those who had hopes of buying.
