Paul Johns did a great job to sell our unit in Morningside and we were really happy with the results. Paul is very personable and a great communicator. As a first time seller, Paul was very helpful and guided us through the whole process of selling at each and every step. Paul discussed a marketing plan strategy and how to position the property, he organised a cheap handyman to make light touch ups on the property, helped with staging the property. Buyer feedback and progress of interest was consistently given in regular intervals. Final negotiations were quick and hassle free, with guidance from Paul but never pressured. Paul protected the price point we wanted to sell for, and didn't worry us with low price point offers. Would highly recommend Paul John's real-estate agent services to sellers.
