Above expectation

Recently settled the sale of our investment property in an off-market transaction handle by Pat. A street record price was achieved at a significant premium to expectations with no outlay for marketing etc. The deal was done in one week just before Christmas and contracts were signed via docu sign so no running around to get signatures. I have never sold via "off Market" before but Patrick knows his suburbs and had the buyer data on hand to make a deal happen. Was a great outcome for us and the tenant as we did not even have a single open home. I would highly recommedn Pat and his team.
