Patrick Ivey... where do I start?

We missed a Saturday open home by about 5 minutes so I gave Pat a call to arrange an inspection and he offered to get us through that afternoon as soon as he finished the rest of his opens. From the moment I spoke to him I could tell he was extremely hard working and passionate about his job. We had our second inspection of the property the next day (on a Sunday!!) and we were making an offer. After a bit of tough negotiating by both parties we were under contract 3 days later and unconditional 10 days after that!! Pats communication was excellent throughout the whole process As first home buyers it was so good to work with an agent around the same age as us that understood how daunting it was going through all the processes for the first time.
