Friendly and professional

During numerous open homes through Harcourts i met with Paul & Melissa striking up conversations regarding the properties on show, potential alternatives and upcoming properties due to the market. Flawless from start to finish

We had spoken and had a number of agents in to possibly sell our unit but we just didn't feel that they were the right fit for us. From the moment we met them both, we instantly felt very comfortable and in safe reliable hands. Paul provided positive feed back, current knowledge about the market and the best way to achieve the maximum results for our unit. Our unit was built in 1970 and it was no million dollar property but he still treated us like we were selling a million dollar property. We had a number of offers with in the first few days and with in four days we had secured a contract on our unit that we were extremely happy with! I truely want to thank Paul for the late nights, missing dinner, coming and taking pictures of the property on a public holidays and really just being a down to earth whole hearted agent. I also want to mention and thank Melissa, as she also helped with every aspect of the sale from start to finish. You both make an amazing team and I can see why you get results. You two are amazing!!
