Sharp Operator

Pat Ivey is a gun! No doubt about it. He is extremely sharp in the negotiation, has amazing specialist area knowledge, is friendly and approachable and very calm and composed. He was available late at night to answer phone calls and keep the deal moving forwards. Absolutely awesome experience to work with him and wouldn't hesitate to recommend locals sell with him and his amazing team. Special mention to them actually - Jewlie Halliday who brings a huge energy to the team and Nico who is super calm, composed and very approachable. Super team!!
