Worked hard to get the price we wanted

We previously used Paul and Melissa to sell one of our investment property’s and we were impressed enough with their efforts to trust them with the sale of our main home. We listed our investment property in April 20 (right in the middle of COVID lockdown) and were not sure if we would be able to sell it in the soft market environment. Paul and Melissa put a lot of their own time into helping us rearrange furniture, dress the property and present it in the best possible light. To our surprise we did get a fairly quick sale at the price we wanted which we did attribute to the way the property was presented and marketed. With our own home we listed it in June 20 with fairly ambitious expectations of the price we wanted.
