Honest and Reliable

From the preliminary discussions I had with Dayne in regarding preparing for sale and strategies suitable for my home, I felt Dayne was upfront and honest. He has a good knowledge base of the area and did listen and incorporated recommendations by me. Dayne has a very gentle and calming approach with people and clearly a good listener. He worked closely with Josh, a fellow team member throughout the open house process and provided feedback on all interested parties. I was overseas during the sale, though felt confident I could rely on Dayne to update me on what was happening and negotiate for an equitable and favourable sale. Thanks Dayne & Josh 😊
