made selling a seamless experience

I interviewed four other agents first, they wre very similar. A friend recommended Dayne based on working with him in the past. At the interview, he came up with a novel approach of combining an "offers" period before going with an "offers above" approach. In addition, his personal qualities were as described to me; credible, affable, knowledgable, efficient. He seemed to get my "no fuss, just get it sold" approach. He demonstrated how the PR campaign would look and run. I vacated, had the place staged and put the property in his hands. He was punctual the "open house", he gave me prompt verbal feedback and email reports based on web-traffic. He kept me informed of the evolving offers.
