Seller's review

42 Miva Str

Luke contacted me a year about the possible sale of the above address. I told him it would be a year to 18 months before I would be selling. He kept in touch with pertinent information over the intervening time until I was ready to sell in March this year. The contract was signed and fair upfront costs were paid and open house inspections were arranged. An auction was planned and carried out professionally and the property sold for a price that I agreed to. Luke carried out all aspects of this transaction/contract in an excellent manner with all the communications/advice extremely helpful to me. A wonderful top job.
