Of the three agents I had appraise the property, Dayne's recommendations seemed more realistic and more importantly, justifiable. After his honest and open explanation of current market movements I was confident of what to realistically expect. Dayne addressed the marketing program preparation arrangements (styling, photography, signage etc.) efficiently and kept me well informed. Once marketing commenced, I was continually informed of the outcome of every inspection and the potential interest of every client. Once it reached the stage of negotiation I became fully aware that Dayne was working well and truly in my interest and I willingly took his advice on where to say "yes" and "no". His perception of not only my expectations, but also the potential purchaser's position in relation to that, was what made all the difference.
