Pat is a Professional who happens to be genuine, reliable and refreshingly honest & kind

We recently sold our house. First, we were set on another agent who we knew before, but just to be sure we met with Pat Ivey. We chose to meet him as we saw Pat’s photos on sold property signs all the time while walking our dog in Carina Heights area 🐶 We found Pat Ivey to be a true professional with great knowledge about market. He happened to be very positive, vibrant and offered a fair proposal so it was no brainer signing up with him. Pat showed great amount of care and attention all throughout the sale of our beloved home. He respected our opinion about marketing our home, photos, signboard etc. He was always present during important dates esp open houses . That was particularly important for us as he was communicating effectively with viewers during all those open houses. He communicated with us regularly and kept us informed about every little important sale related information. He was available for us and returned back my calls pleasantly, always. Pat, I really liked all our chats after each open house. It meant a lot. Does Pat deliver? YES! His appraisal was better than other agents and he sold my property within the range he promised. Before we signed the buyers offer, he told us that he was happy to go with more open houses and he would support us right till the end. Although the agreed price wasn’t the top of the range, but it was a price my husband and I agreed esp knowing our house was going to a very nice family who adored our home. Overall, I found him trustworthy, reliable, and super professional who delivered.
