Pleasant personality, diligent at his job and puts in the extra effort.

Patrick worked hard for the sellers. As buyers we felt under pressure to increase our offer. As recent sellers ourselves, we found we were under pressure to drop our price so understandably we got a bit fed up. However, we found Patrick patient and sensitive to our situation.
