Craig was recommended to us by a friend and we're very pleased that they did. We appreciate open communications, informal engagement, no pressure and generally dealing with people who know what they're doing, do what they say, keep us updated on matters at hand and are open and honest. Craig was all this and more. He had already done some research on the property we were selling at our first meeting. He was very up front about the negative aspects of the property as well as the positives and after some discussions to understand our circumstances and views came up with a very credible sales plan which we were very comfortable with. We also appreciate the light touches that Craig recommended to make the property more appealing which did not involve significant time or expense. The end result was a very successful sale.
