Insightful understanding of what we were really wanting

Paul, at all times, was patient, respectful and understanding towards two older people trying to make a major lifestyle change and who were nervous about the whole upheaval. He took the time to explain Queensland’s realestate laws and to map the process out clearly for us. He listened to our list of requirements and directed us skilfully away from a place we almost decided on but which had a couple of drawbacks to a place which, although a bit more expensive, absolutely ticked every box for us. On settlement we congratulated Paul on his excellent customer qualifying skills. Thanks, Paul, we love our new home and location.
