Couldn’t have done it without Steph!

Excellent communication with fast response, positive friendly vibes and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Living so far away, I felt complete confidence in Steph to manage the preparation and sale which was carried out with an excellent result in a very short time frame. Steph was always ready to put her best foot forward with everything that was required to maximise the sale price for the vendor. She has contacts in every field who did fabulous work for reasonable prices to transform the property from tired to schmicko. Painting, flooring, cleaning, styling, gardening and handyman works organised within hrs of being asked and overseen by Steph as I was an hr and a half drive away. Nothing was a problem and I really couldn’t have done it without her. Cannot recommend Steph highly enough. No1 Agent without a doubt!
