Far and Beyond

Ian Marshall went far and beyond to achieve a very quick sale of my property in what would could only be considered as very difficult circumstances. I made a phone call to Ian after the breakdown of my long term marriage and said to him I need to sell my property ASAP. After having dealt with Ian's business a few years earlier and knowing what a professional job they do, I had no hesitation in giving Ian sole agency rights. To his credit Ian handled the communication between my Ex and myself with absolute integrity and compassion. He put in place a marketing profile and the photos that were taken of my property could only be described as stunning. The house was only on the market for 6 days and we had 2 great offers on table.
