Great Local Knowledge, Great Communications

When we first looked in the Wellington Point area three years ago, Ian impressed us as a straight shooter that knew the area and knew the market. So when it came time to sell, we didn't hesitate in heading straight for Ian. We weren't disappointed. He had recently sold several houses nearby so was able to put a fair value on our place. He recommended a range of marketing options including videos etc .. also telling us what not to bother with. As the sale progressed, Ian provided great feedback after each open house, and again after he followed up early the following week. Once the sale went through, Ian helped us navigate a difficult buyer in terms of addition inspections and minor remedial works. If I were buying or selling around Redlands, Ian would be my first choice.
