Outstanding agent - highly recommend

I met Stephanie at an open house in 2024, and I was so impressed with how she conducted herself on behalf of the property owners, and I appreciated how she was just a normal and genuine person towards me as a buyer, and not a slimey salesperson… Her follow up approach with myself as a buyer wasn’t pushy, but always communicated effectively, and I knew it was exactly the way I would want my agent speaking with the buyers for my own home. I knew that when it came time to sell my own home, there was no one else I would consider except Steph, and I had only met her twice. She came over on short notice, and put her proposal together by the end of the same day - everything that Steph says and promises she is going to do, she follows through on and delivers every time! Steph assisted me in preparing my home for sale, and really took the reins in helping me organising everything from start to finish - I could really lean on Steph. She is a very hands-on agent, from moving things around the home to ensure all of those little 1%’s really ‘hit’, and is across every detail when it comes to providing daily feedback, updates on offers and contract progress. Steph is an honest person and very easy to deal with - I’m so happy I got to work with her. Steph is a top, proactive agent, and I could not recommend anyone highly enough when it comes to selling their home… She has a very bright future ahead of her, and can see how she would be a respected member of our community.
