Communicated well & finalised the sale in difficult times

Stephen kept me well posted on all aspects, through the sale period - included updates after every open house inspection on weekends & also if individual inspections were done through the week. On Auction day, it was announced at 10am that SE Qld was to go into lockdown at 4pm - the auction was scheduled for 4.15pm - after speaking with Stephen at 10.30am he offered several options & by about 11am he had arranged for the auction to be moved forward to 1pm having been able to make contact with 3 of the interested buyers & posting an update to the listing details. At auction time, there was 8 registered bidders including one by phone - the auction went ahead & the property sold, with a 30 day contract. From what was looking to be a disastrous day at 10am, through Stephen's effort & commitment, got us a great outcome.
