We had an outstanding experience in every respect with Stephanie, she is absolutely incredible.

For perspective, we have sold four properties in the last two years, so we have dealt with several different agents during this time. Stephanie came highly recommended from a Brisbane agency who had sold one of our properties earlier in the year. From the very first contact, Stephanie thoroughly impressed us with her multimedia communications, energy, professionalism and enthusiasm. She was across every single detail of what was happening at any given time, as our property came off the rental market and was prepared for sale. Stephanie is so prompt and thorough with anything which is asked of her. For instance, if we were seeking a quote for trades, she generally actioned the request within half an hour of getting off the phone and then had a quote sent to us within the next 1-2 days. In our case, we needed quotes for pressure cleaning, gardening, painting and new carpets. These were all taken care of and sent through to us immediately, so we were 100% ready to go ahead and knew the pricing etc. We also encountered some “interesting” roadblocks after our tenants vacated. Stephanie ran rings around the property manager in terms of coordinating what needed to be done, and making sure the styling was completed to the agreed timeline, despite some extremely challenging circumstances. She is a fantastic communicator, very personable and updated us in detail every step of the way, sometimes multiple times in a day by text or audio message. The end result was an offer presented after the first open home, and the property coming under contact shortly after this. Stephanie is truly amazing at her craft and we cannot recommend her highly enough to prospective vendors! She is absolutely 10/10 in every single aspect of the preparation, staging, styling and sales process.
