Ian skilfully negotiated the rocky path to help us acquire our new house. Our first bid was unsuccessful, but Ian didn't give up. When we decided to give the purchase a second shot, Ian was always available, answered his phone, and returned my phone calls promptly. He kept his cool on settlement day, despite the holdups from the legal fraternity, and never lost his sense of humour. There's no pomp and ceremony with Ian, and I always felt comfortable conversing with him on my level. I would recommend Ian if you want a realistic agent, with honed negotiation skills.
