Great selling experience from interstate.

We can’t thank Kate enough for her tireless efforts to sell our property. When interviewing potential selling agents from interstate Kate stood out as a genuine and honest person. From initial discussions to listing for sale took over 12 months due to delays on our end. Throughout this time we were also not committed to selling but were assessing our options. Kate kept in touch without being pushy to offer assistance on a number of occasions to check on and attend the property on our behalf or offering trades recommendations etc. even when we were potentially not going to sell at that point. This went a long way to displaying her work ethic to us and that proved to continue all the way through the sale process. We hoped her calm, personable demeanor would allow her to build trust quickly with potential buyers like it did with us and believe this was the case. Throughout the sale campaign her communication was great which we valued highly being interstate. Nothing was a problem and she negotiated some minor hiccups very professionally.
