•Our experience to date has been less than satisfactory with the property management team @ Burleigh, I have had to chase up information regarding the payment of rent to our account. The first time was in regards to frequency and was advised that there had been an error and we had been recorded as monthly not fortnightly, this will be rectified, sincere apologies. The second time was in regard to our payment statement where 5 weeks management fees had been deducted from 2 weeks rent, we were advised that it was a system error and would be rectified Monday and a new statement issued sincere apologies. The third time today being Wednesday I notified Burleigh that we had not received any adjustment to the fees charged and had not received a revised statement and was advised that sorry the office manager has been away ill and it hasn't been done, that it would be rectified by tomorrow, sincere apologies. My expectation of a property manager is one who manages the property in the best interests of the property owner and to date in the period of 4 weeks that has not been delivered.
