Outstanding result by an exceptional team!

From the initial consultations we knew Trent and his team understood our needs, the market and how to achieve results. Our sale scenario was not simple and there were several challenges in getting the property to market. Nothing was too difficult for Trent and the level of collaboration and support Trent provided was incredible; we never felt that Trent worked 'for us' as an Agent - it always feel like he was working with us as a team which made the process so much easier. Trent's guidance and strategy were critical to achieving the end sale price which was an excellent result. Both sellers are solicitors and understand the legal side of selling but we were genuinely impressed with the skill, knowledge and expertise Trent and his team provided us. Even with terrible weather on auction day, the atmosphere created by Trent and his team was fantastic and that showed in the final result.
