Professional Service - Sold in two weeks

After having a very bad experience with another larger, local agent, we listed our home with Harcourts. We meet with Byron Sweerts and were very impressed immediately. Our home had sat on the market for 8 weeks with the other agent and we were left feeling disappointed and questioned if they were even interested in selling our home. Byron and his team were very professional in the way they went about business. Communication improved, there was a different level of activity and straight away we felt as if we had made the right decision to change. Two weeks later our home was sold. In making the decision to pick another agent, we looked at who was selling homes in the Rowville area. That’s where we were first introduced to Byron and Harcourts. Harcourts isn’t the biggest agent in the area, but the service level was more focused, the team more professional and we didn’t feel like we were just another listing. It was a pleasure dealing with Byron, he’s well mannered, well-spoken and no BS! I would recommend him to anybody selling their home. Don’t make the mistake we made, thinking bigger is better. Smaller agent, more focused and better personalised service, we got a great result - quickly.
