Patrick was recommended to us to sell a property, from the initial meeting he had done his research on the property, was organised and really put our minds at ease. He gave a realistic range of what our property was worth and proceeded to map out a plan to sell. He was always on the phone keeping us up to date on the interest in the property and who turned up to the inspections. Auction was well run and had a lot of bidders. Patrick works really well with the Auctioneer as well and our property sold at Auction over our reserve. We would definately use him again.
