A great result on Auction day

I have only spoken to Michael on the phone as I was a vendor living in Melbourne as he was selling our mum's house in Findon. He introduced himself and explained everything in detail regarding sales and price ranges etc. He had a very good knowledge of the sales market in that area and he was confident he would be able to achieve the result my brothers and sisters were hoping for. Throughout the marketing campaign he kept us all informed of all developments and interest for the property. Although I was interstate and not present at the auction, he was able to organise the auction to be streamed live for me on Facebook, which I appreciated very much, another example of his great customer service. The auction went well and with his excellent negotiation skills he was able to secure the price we were looking for.
