I couldn’t ask for a better agent!

I was so fortunate to meet Shane just as I was starting to think of selling my unit. I was immediately impressed with his enthusiasm & friendly open demeanour. He is a great communicator & would keep in touch & would let me know what was happening on the market. I was very confident that he was the perfect person to sell my unit. So right from the start Shane arranged everything for me, explaining it all & making sure I understood the plan. I didn’t have to do a thing. The unit was styled & looked stunning & the open inspections were very successful. After each open Shane would ring me & give me a verbal run down of the groups that came through followed by an email with all the details. It was not unusual for Shane to be contacting me well into the evening still hard at work. He genuinely loves interacting with people & enjoys & loves what he does & it shows. By the time the sale ended Shane had met nearly all of the other owners in our Strata group, purely because he is a friendly person genuinely interested in other people. He was absolutely the right personality to be handling the sale of my property . He is a skilled negotiator & will get the absolute best price for your property with gentle but skilled negotiation.
