Sale of unit in Hobart

Due to COVID 19, our plans to go to Tasmania to organise the sale of our unit fell through. We had met Garry briefly a few years ago and decided to put our complete trust in him to manage the preparation of our unit for sale (including painting, new carpet and styling). With magic timing, when open homes were allowed again, he found us a buyer in the first week of being on the market. He also skilfully negotiated a price we were happy with!
