Fantastic experience with Harcourts and my new property manager Bree. I called a few days before the inspection and they were incredibly helpful, giving me great advice on what to have ready so I could submit my application straight away. It was turned around really quickly, and I found the whole online process - from submitting documentation to email communication and signing everything - really straightforward and easy to navigate. They were friendly, responsive and communicative throughout. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better start with a new property manager!
