Sophie Berry harrassment and bullying

Sophie Berry is the most unprofessional and deceiving real estate agent ever. She has tried every tactic possible to get more money but also she is on some kind of power trip, for she thinks that it is ok to tell renters to clean a mat at the front door used to wipe your feet on after a routine house inspection while I was still living there and I couldn't even find any dirt on it. She sends so many harrassing emails, weeks after I have left the rental and handed the keys back to the real-estate at a date that she requested but now she wants me to keep on paying. I have told her that she is bullying me but she refuses to stop. I have rented houses and units all over Australia and not once have I come across such a rude and sickening bully as Sophie Berry. She works at Harcourts signature in Rosny park. I have never had any real estate say that my rental is unclean and I have never had a real estate agent ask for more money, not once have I ever had a problem with any real-estate agent until now and I am 50 years old. Sophie Berry should not have a job in real-estate dealing with people if this is the way that she deals with renters...
