Since the onset of my dealings with Harcourts and having Bree as the Agent assisting me to deal with serious issues with the previous Tenant and another Real Estate Agency, Bree has been professional, prompt, understanding of the steps that needed to taken. She provided me with photos and information that helped me to make decisions that I needed to, while I live in another state. I have found her thorough and careful to provide a clear picture of the situation my property was in. She listened and understood what I wanted, and took on the responsibility to provide me with builders who gave me quotes and who then did a brilliant job. I am very grateful for her thorough follow up with things that needed to be done to get my house on the market again for renting. Bree organized several Open houses for inspection by people looking to rent in the area. She provided me with information and reports that were important to help me make a decision. Overall a wonderful person to have worked with through this ordeal I found myself in.
