Landlord experience Rosny Harcourts

As a property owner and landlord I can highly recommend Harcourts rental services team, and in particular Kiran at Rosny. I have been working with this team for 3 years now, through 3 tenancies, an adverse event (flooding), insurance claims and re-letting. Kiarn has been highly proactive in supporting me during these challenges. Kiarn would check in, seek updates, then assist when appropriate with additional services and liaison. When the property was ready to re-let, she co-ordinated photos, advertising and had a list of potential tenants ready well in advance. I have personally found Kiarn to be an excellent and friendly communicator, with a sensible approach whom has been able to offer reliable advice and expertise. Highly recommended!
