Prompt, professional service

We have been impressed with Harcourts Rosny Park from the moment we decided to use them to manage our Hobart property. The service we have received from Bree is head and shoulders above the other property management team that we use for our other property. The tools that are available to assist with communications, repair requests, etc are very useful as we are many hours away and unable to pop into the office. As we don't live in Hobart, Bree has arranged for all of the maintenance and repair services that we have needed with quotes quickly forwarded to us. The tenant selection process and documentation was also appreciated and allowed us to make an informed decision regarding tenant selection.
