Both Lucy and Sophie were incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, supportive and kind during the whole process from inspection through to completion of the application/lease process. Prompt in replying to our emails and nursing documentation was done correctly and efficiently. We felt very welcome and in good hands that they were wanting to work with us and not just for the home owner. Would highly recommend both Lucy and Sophie and the whole team at Harcourts Signature and feel very at home with them and our expected tenancy.
