Excellent Team

I am being sent to Hobart for 3 years for work from interstate. One of the biggest issues is finding somewhere to live. Once we identified a property of interest that fitted with our timeline, we engaged the Harcourts Signature Rentals Team to proceed. They were very professional and very accommodating of our situation. As we are were interstate they organised a facetime walk through of the property and answered our questions clearly. Once we applied for the rental, they walked us through the process and assisted with the legalities of Tasmania. Furthermore, as our situation was a little different, the team helped us negotiate a lease that was suitable for our needs to ensure we wouldn't have to be moving again during our time in Tasmania. Once this was sorted, everything else with the move fell into place and is now smooth transition. What was potentially an incredibly stressful time was made simple and calm thanks to their local knowledge, great communication and outstanding professionalism.
