Excellent service given, in a very professional manner.

Bree Hobden has managed both my investment properties over the last 12-month period. She has maintained contact to ensure both the Tenant and Landlord are kept up to date with all aspects relating to the properties. All issues are followed up in a timely manner, ensuring both Landlord and Tenants are kept happy. Bree's professionalism and high standard of service was again recently noted, where one of my Units was advertised for Lease. She conducted all advertising, and site inspections in an extremely efficient timeframe, and within a 24-hour period has secured an excellent Tenant.

Great service in a professional and timely manner

My partner and I have recently been looking for a rental to make into a home before our first baby is born. We saw this particular property and thought it would be perfect, an inspection came up very quickly. We inspected the beautiful property and applied straight away. Bree and the team at Harcourts have been very professional and lovely to deal with, Bree got our application processed very quickly and we were approved within 24 hours. We’re very grateful for all of Bree’s help, and feel privileged to have her as our property manager going forward.
