Above and beyond

I found Michelle to be extremely helpful with this transaction. Not only did Michelle Sell the property but she assisted resolve some maintenance issues and provided a lot of running around to assist the transaction that I just didn't have the time to do such as confirming bond and rent arrangements with the tenant. None of these extra's were really part of the sale process but it certainly made the transaction easier. I certainly got great value for money for our selling fee. Gaylene
