Jerome called me daily concerning the affairs of selling my house, always informing me about the procedures that were needed to be followed. He even visited me to help rearrange the kitchen/dining area and liased with an electrical firm concerning the shattered glass splash back in the kitchen. Because of his influence it was replaced more quickly than if I had been left to handle the situation. He tried really hard to sell my house at the maximum price but because of some structural defects based on a builder's report it wasn't possible. He was well informed about the housing market.
