The Vanessa effect

Big props to Vanessa. She just sold my house and she was great from start to finish. Her communication is second to none, always in the loop, always on the front foot. She stayed positive and optimistic about my place the whole way through and sold it during a period that feels really unstable, then got me exactly what I wanted for it. She's a proper go getter and the way she sells herself, to me, is a clear sign she can sell a house. Turns out she can. Highly recommend.
