Excellent experience
Our experience with Ralph was fantastic. From our initial enquiry about the property through to settlement, Ralph was personable, professional and supportive. His knowledge of the local market was fantastic as was his communication. Ralph literally went out of his way (6 hours worth of driving) to accomodate us and we would certainly recommend Ralph to buyers looking for a property in Tasmania.

Patience pays
We knew our three acre block overlooking the ocean two km south of Bicheno would take time to sell but Ralph stayed the course valiantly driving up at weekends from Sorrell to take possible purchasers through the property. Two weeks ago on Sunday a stylish chopper flew overhead and with Ralph's guidance a good offer was made the next day. Ralph had picked them up at Friendly Beaches and drove them back in time for their scenic return flight to Hobart. All the way through the campaign , he talked to us, communicated with potential buyers, was indefatigable in his efforts and finally achieved a fantastic result for all concerned. This steady but sure approach was the best tactic in selling our block. We are more than happy with the outcome and would recommend Ralph to all on the east coast.
