People say that buying/selling property is one of the most stressful things to do in life but selling our home with Troy and Team Carmen was one of the easiest things we've done. From the first time we met Troy we were put at ease and assured. He thoroughly explained their processes and systematic approach and was just a lovely, kind human. We were constantly kept up to date at least 4 times per week (sometimes daily or hourly) in the 2 short weeks our home was on the market. Their communication was beyond outstanding. Troy and the team truly left no stone unturned and exhausted every option to find us the perfect buyer. We ended up getting multiple offers which we were over the moon about and the team's excellent negotiation skills ended up getting us a truly fantastic price.
